EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT ⭐️Trevor Smith⭐️
We are so glad that Mr. Smith is an Antler. He is a team player that everyone can count on. He not only pours into students in the classroom, he also drives a bus and coaches our DMJ archery team! He is definitely a great asset to our district!
"I grew up in Wayton, Ar and attended Deer School Kindergarten-12th grade. I am the oldest of two children in my family and I have a younger brother. I married my highschool sweetheart Vanessa Smith and have a wonderful, red headed daughter Aurora Roselynn Smith. My wife and I are Alumni of the Deer School and I am proud to be working in a capacity where I once attended. I hope that I can have as large an impact and instill a love for learning and school as my former teachers have had on me.
I attended North Arkansas College, where I received my Associate Degree. I then went on to attend Arkansas Tech University and The University of Monticello, where I earned my Bachelors Degree.
My hobbies include archery and trap shooting, hunting, fishing, hiking, playing musical instruments, and working on my leather craft business. I look forward to what this year will bring and I cannot wait to meet our new students and share with them my love for education and the Shooting Sports Programs."-Mr. Smith

We are looking forward to Tuesday and the opportunities for our students!
