Due to the Winter Weather Warning we will not be able to have classes today. They are calling for heavy snow fall later this morning especially in the higher elevations. Stay tuned for further announcements about the Senior High District Tournament in Jasper tonight. An announcement will be made regarding when we will make this day up.

Deer-Mt. Judea School District will be starting the school day at 10:00 am tomorrow morning. There is a Winter Weather Advisory with the threat of snow in the morning. It is supposed to start about the time the buses will be hitting the road.
We can start the day at 10:00 and it will count as a full day. Should the snow come as expected, we may have to cancel the entire day. The late start will give us a chance to make a better decision. We will make a final decision by 8:30 in the morning. Buses will be at their stops a full 2 hours later than normal.
