Thankfully the unexpected snowfall has cleared and we will be running regular bus routes tomorrow, Wednesday, January 22.
It will be very cold once again tomorrow morning, so encourage students to dress warm. Hopefully, tomorrow afternoon it will warm up! See everyone tomorrow!

Due to unexpected winter weather, we must cancel school this morning. The roads are snow-covered and slippery, and the safety of our students and staff is our top priority. Thank you for your understanding.
To make up for our previously missed day, we will have school next Friday, January 31. The makeup day for today’s closure will be announced at a later time. Stay safe and warm! ❄️

🚨 Important Weather Reminder 🚨
With dangerously cold wind chills forecasted for tomorrow morning, we want to remind parents to dress their children warmly as they head to school. Layers, hats, gloves, scarves, and thick coats will help keep them safe and comfortable in these frigid temperatures.
📚 School will be in session at regular time, and buses will run on their normal routes.
Please take extra precautions to ensure your children are dressed appropriately for the weather. Thank you for your attention, and stay warm! ❄️

This is a reminder there will be school tomorrow, Friday, January 17. We will be making up a missed school day due to inclement weather.
Also, a reminder that if your road is snow covered your bus will not travel that road. Please communicate with your school office or bus driver. Thank you!

Some important dates this week are the awards ceremony at 2:15 tomorrow and the make up day friday!


🚨 Important Announcement for Tuesday, January 14 🚨
Deer and Mt. Judea schools will be operating snow routes only tomorrow, Tuesday, January 14. Please note the following important details:
• Snow routes will be the same for both the morning and afternoon.
• If you bring your child to school, you are responsible for either picking them up or making sure you are at the designated drop off location.
• Parents must be present at the designated drop-off locations in the afternoon.
• Buses will not travel on snow-covered roads.
We encourage you to communicate directly with your bus driver or the school office for additional information or clarification. Please remember that all routes are subject to driver discretion for safety.

Due to numerous roads still covered in snow and the risk of refreezing tonight, creating dangerous black ice conditions, Deer and Mt. Judea Schools will be canceled tomorrow.
The safety of our students, staff, and community remains our top priority. A make-up day will be announced at a later date.
