INVITATION TO BID
The Deer/Mt. Judea School District is accepting bids for two new school buses. The sealed bids should be mailed to the office of Dr. Andrew Curry, Superintendent, PO Box 56, Deer, AR 72628. The bids will be accepted until 12:00 pm, June 28th, 2019. Any bids received after that date will not be considered by the district. More detailed information about the bids can be found at deermtjudea.k12.ar.us. The bids will then be officially reviewed, evaluated, and recommended for award to the Deer/Mt. Judea School Board thereafter on July 2nd at 10:30 am. The following items are open for bidding: Two 47 passenger school buses that meet all of the Arkansas State school bus requirements.
The school district reserves the right to accept or reject bids or waive any informality in the bidding without any liability to any bidder. Contract shall be awarded in the best interests of the school district. Successful bidder shall be notified at the earliest possible date. No proposals may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to date of opening without written consent of school district. Any contract or contracts awarded under this invitation for bids will be subject to requirements of the Go RED grant program 2019.
